The Joy that is obtained from giving to others is of high order because it corresponds to the spirit of unity and love of the Universe. It is often seen as a paradox that what we give, we receive in return. Yet that is exactly what happens if the giving is authentic. So the point of the message of the picture is that, as we light a candle for someone else, we are also enlightening our own path. We are awakening to the love of the Universe.
