On Tuesday, 29 September 2026, we’re hosting a live online Zoom event, Managing Toxic People, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), 9:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), and 5:00 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT).
This live event explores why intelligent, capable people can sometimes find themselves repeatedly caught up in toxic behaviour and why it’s not necessarily because they lack confidence, compassion or communication skills. Instead, we’ll focus on the patterns that drive these difficult dynamics, and why trying to understand, reason with or change the behaviour of the toxic person can often keep you stuck in the cycle.
Once we understand how toxic dynamics work, situations that once felt confusing, frustrating or emotionally draining can begin to make much more sense. More importantly, we can start to respond with greater clarity, confidence and control.
During this live session, we’ll explore a different way of understanding toxic behaviour and the patterns that can cause difficult situations to repeat themselves.
Whether you’re dealing with a challenging colleague, family member, partner or friend, Managing Toxic People will offer a fresh perspective on one of the most misunderstood areas of human behaviour.
If you’ve ever found yourself wondering, “Why does this keep happening?”, this session is for you.
