Marie is an experienced business mentor and transformational coach with a unique approach that blends business, psychology, philosophy, creative expression and spiritual practices.
With an extensive background in finance, entrepreneurship and coaching, she helps individuals and teams to develop a creative and intuitive leadership style so they can better navigate today’s complexities and uncertainties both personally and professionally.
Marie came over from Sweden in her early 20s and started her career at PwC, then went on to founding a creative business she successfully scaled and sold. Apart from mentoring and coaching business leaders, artists and those who are going through a transition but lack a sense of direction, she has a handful of trustee and board advisory roles and runs transformative workshops and courses for leaders and teams. She also writes articles for the boardroom and beyond on ‘Wisdom’. (add space) All her work is underpinned by the philosophy and importance of storytelling.

The Healing Mandala Workshop she runs - ‘Navigating Uncertainty’ - moves beyond traditional development methods and offers a new approach to personal and collective transformation.
Rooted in Jungian psychology and Eastern philosophy, the workshop uses an eight-layer guided painting and meditative process to unlock intuitive insights, transcend intellectual constraints, and integrate conscious and unconscious awareness. Through a blend of creative expression, reflective meditation and discussions, participants explore their inner narratives, challenge limiting beliefs and nurture emotional intelligence—key competencies for modern leadership.
This highly interactive experience provides leaders with tools to enhance intuitive decision-making, build psychological safety within teams and uncovers hidden dynamics that may hinder organisational progress.
