We spend so must time stressing about everything as we seek to control the uncontrollable.

We grasp for certainties in an uncertain world and become rigid in our obsessive desires. The result is often that we force things when they are not mature.

It’s a bit like pulling a plant up from its pot to see whether the roots are growing.

Stay calm: stay grounded: know our values: know who we are: think and do good: trust the process. We will then take better, wiser, more balanced decisions and remain content and at peace…

In the words of Lao Tzu: “Rushing into action, you fail. Trying to grasp things, you lose them. Forcing a project to completion, you ruin what was almost ripe. Therefore the Master takes action by letting things take their course. He remains as calm at the end as at the beginning. He has nothing, thus has nothing to lose. What he desires is non-desire; what he learns is to unlearn. He simply reminds people of who they have always been. He cares about nothing but The Way Thus he can care for all things.”
