We often talk about life being ‘a journey’, with the implication that we are travelling to some specific destination.
What is that destination?
In our incomprehensible search, we end up rushing from one ‘event’ to the other as we travel on this mythical voyage into the unknown.
In our haste, we forget completely the spaces between these events, always looking forward to the next.
But it is precisely in these spaces that Life actually happens, in the present moment, the only time that ever exists!
Life is like a symphony from the Greek word for ‘harmony’. Every moment is special. Every moment matters. There’s no rushing from one crescendo to another. Speeding up or slowing the movement just destroys the magic.
Life is not a destination. It’s a way of seeing, of thinking and of being…
