We are often in such a hurry to ‘get somewhere’ that we forget to just ‘be’.
Enjoying a walk, alone or with someone close, just for the joy of being in nature, without ‘needing’ to get anywhere or achieve anything, is not just relaxing, but it brings us closer to a sense of deep peace.
