The mind is like a river, flowing ceaselessly in the bed of the body. We identify with some particular ripple and call it “my thought”. All we are conscious of is our mind and the thought that it has generated.
That is not who we are.
‘Awareness’, being present ‘now’, takes us beyond the mind into consciousness. This is who we really are, not the fleeting image of our mind. Be aware, be conscious, be free of mind, find peace…
