When we wake in the morning and before we fall asleep at night, it is comforting to think of all those little and big things for which we are grateful. Covid19 has caused and continues to cause great stress and suffering and hardship and fear.
Yet we still have much to be grateful for.
That alone reduces anxiety and increases wellbeing… as well as allowing us to face the future with strength, a positive approach and, of course, a better outcome …
